Rates will be available up to (1) day prior to conference start date and up to (1) day after the event end date, based on overall hotel availability at the time of booking.
Group rates will be available mid-August 2021 until Sunday, October 17, 2021 or until the conference block is filled – whichever comes first. The link to make online reservations in the block will be made available through your application approval (available in August 2020) so be sure to apply to attend early!
