Review the Schedule of Events for the Agriculture & Environment Summit

We've developed an excellent program for the first Agriculture & Environment Summit. Please find the the finalized agenda below which highlights session titles and speakers.

Details for BIO Office:

If you plan on driving, parking is available in our garage, located at 1201 I ST, NW.  The rate is $20.  Please Park in any non-reserved space on either the P1 or P2 parking levels, direct to lobby elevators are available on the P-2 level. Of course, public transportation, taxi, Uber/Lyft, etc., are great options. The BIO office is roughly a 5-minute walk from the Metro’s Blue/Orange/Red/Silver Lines at Metro Center Station. We are also about a 4-minute walk from the official event hotel (Embassy Suites Convention Center). The main security desk can be accessed on the “G” level. Once you have presented your credentials, you will be directed to the BIO Office.

Details for ArentFox Schiff Office:

Upon arrival, guests are directed to proceed straight to the ArentFox Schiff (AFS) entrance, bypassing the main building security desk. A lobby sign adjacent to the AFS glass door entrance will indicate the ongoing BIO Summit. Our receptionist will be on hand to escort guests to the 2nd floor Café via the elevator.

Parking is available in our building's garage, operated by Colonial Parking. The entrance is located just beyond the main AFS doors on K Street, accessible via the K Street service lane. Guests can park on levels B3 or B4, but are kindly asked to avoid spaces reserved for ArentFox Schiff as these are for monthly permit holders only. Parking for 2+ hours is approximately $21, payable by credit card only. As the garage is managed by Colonial Parking and not AFS, we regret that we cannot validate parking. Payments can be made at the machine on B3 or at the exit gate. The ArentFox Schiff Office is also steps away from the Metro’s Red Line stop at Farragut North and the Blue/Orange/Silver Line stop at Farragut West. The office is also roughly a 20-minute walk from the official event hotel (Embassy Suites Convention Center).
