Don’s litigation experience spans recombinant DNA, monoclonal antibodies, fusion proteins, siRNAs, small molecules, drug delivery, molecular diagnostics, research tools, medical devices, and appeals before the Federal Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. Recognized in IAM’s Global Leaders 2026 Guide, Chambers USA, The Best Lawyers in America, and Managing Intellectual Property’s IP Stars, he was named to the Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly Hall of Fame (2024) and was the 2021 General Patent Litigator of the Year – New England (LMG Life Sciences).
