Dr. William Dongfang Shi received his Ph.D. in medicinal chemistry at
University of Nottingham in 1995, and did his post-doc at UT Austin. He then
moved to Genelabs Technologies Inc in the Bay area of San Francisco. After 7
years at Genelabs, he had been worked for Metabolex Inc for 6 years. He is now
the CEO, Chairman and co-founder of Jiangsu Atom Bioscience and Pharmaceutical Co.
Ltd. in Jiangsu Province, China. Dr. Shi have been in the biotech companies for
almost 27 years. His research area involved in gout, cancer, NASH, diabetes and HCV.
