Martin Sanders, MD

Dr. Sanders is President and Chief Executive Officer of Io Therapeutics. He is a graduate of the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, did internship and Residency in Internal Medicine at Washington University Medical Center in St. Louis, did post-doctoral fellowships in immunology at the NIH/NIAID and NIH/NCI, and in rheumatology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. His career in includes extensive experience in basic immunology research, drug discovery, pharmaceutical product development, venture capital, and private entrepreneurism.
