Henning Mann, PhD

Dr. Henning Mann leads Business Development & Partnerships for Nikon’s BioImaging Labs (NBIL). His goal to develop NBILs CRO business for North America. Nikon operates a large laboratory in Cambridge, MA, equipped for conducting contract imaging and research services with a focus but not limitation on scientific image acquisition and analysis. Offered are services from general image acquisition and analysis to complex tissue culture and data acquisition.

Prior to coming to Nikon he spent 10+ years of cancer research at Fred Hutch in Seattle He then joined ucpoming Organ-on-Chip company Nortis, Inc. in 2012. Until 2022 he led their Science team and their model and business development as Sr. Director of Applied Sciences, developing innovative, perfused 3D tissue models. Among others, these models represented vascular and kidney biology and (immuno-)oncology and their use in toxicology, preclinical drug testing and development.
