Gina joined C&EN as a production editor in 2019 and is now a life sciences reporter covering biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and more. She studied chemistry at Drexel University and completed her master’s degree in science writing at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Before coming to C&EN, Gina contributed as an editor and writer for several publications, including MIT News, Penn Today, and PBS’s Nova Next.
