Ramesh Jayaraman, Founder and Director, has over 26 years of experience in Drug Discovery and Development in critical therapeutic areas like oncology and infection. His core expertise is in Biochemistry, Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics. He has played a pivotal role in global drug discovery programs at organizations like AstraZeneca and S*Bio. As a Senior Scientist and Team Leader in S*BIO Pte Ltd Singapore, he was responsible for preclinical development, PK, ADME, and toxicology for three small molecule targeted anticancer clinical development candidates - Pacritinib in Phase III trials for Myelofibrosis, Pracinostat in Phase II trials for solid tumors and TG02 in Phase II trials for lymphoma. Ramesh has been at the core in anti-tuberculosis drug discovery during his stint as Research Scientist and Team Leader at AstraZeneca India Pvt Ltd.
