The Texas Healthcare & Bioscience Institute (THBI) is a member of the Council of State Biotech Association (CSBA) and the Texas BIO affiliate. THBI is the state’s trade association for the life sciences and serves as the Texas public policy voice for the healthcare and bioscience industry.
