Steven Ladd

Steve is a director in AbbVie’s business development organization where he currently focuses on supporting AbbVie’s growing oncology business as well as broader corporate development and has led global transactions with Chinese based Biotech. Steve joined AbbVie in 2013, when the company was formed, and has held a variety of roles in operations and corporate strategy. Steve joined AbbVie via the split from Abbott Laboratories where he held several positions supporting the medical device and pharmaceutical divisions. Steve holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Northwestern University.
