Extension of Second-Generation Biofuel Tax Credits Supports Innovation and Economic Growth, BIO Says

The American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012 extends for 2013 the $1.01 per gallon Second Generation Biofuel Producer Credit and the Special Allowance for Second Generation Biofuel Plant Property and modifies these credits to include both cellulosic and algae biofuel production.
