Eric Weaver joined BIO in mid-2023 with more than 25 years of experience as a skilled Human Resources leader in strategic and tactical human capital strategy, government relations, and employment law. At BIO, he is leading all aspects of human resources and talent strategy, including diversity & inclusion initiatives, a top BIO priority.
- Previous Experience: Universities Space Research Association (USRA), Global Business Travel Association (GBTA), Intel Corporation, and U.S. Transportation Security Administration.
- Board Experience: He currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board, and Chair of the Personnel and Compensation Committee for Equal Opportunity Schools.
