Dr Vipul Yadav is the CEO at Intract Pharma, he was previously leadign R&D at Intract since 2016. He received his MSc and PhD from University College London (UCL) School of Pharmacy where he researched the potential for oral delivery of peptides and monoclonal antibodies to the colon for local treatment of inflammatory bowel disease. He has a deep understanding of the basic mechanisms involved in the gut metabolism and tissue transcytosis of biologic drugs in both healthy and diseased state. Dr Yadav has a passion to bridge basic science learnings and innovation of new platform technologies to bring novel oral biologic products to patients and serve therapeutic areas with unmet medical needs.
