Willie Reaves Jr.

As Chief of Staff at Cellino, Willie leads investor relations and government affairs and serves as a key member of the business development team. Prior to joining Cellino, Willie was the Chief Business Strategy Innovation Officer at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO), where he oversaw product development and global B2B partnership operations for the signature BIO One-on-One Partnering™ platform and spearheaded BIO Business Solutions, the life science industry's cost savings program. Before joining BIO, Willie was a project manager and teacher in South Korea, and he worked in the Patent Group at the Emory University Office of Technology Transfer. A lifelong tech enthusiast, Willie ran a technology consulting company for 7 years. Willie serves on the National Leadership Council of the Society for Science, a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding scientific literacy and access to STEM education & scientific research.
